| Applications | Phosphoric acid trisdecyl ester is used (in conjunction with methacryloxyethylphosphate) in the steel industry as a method to protect carbon steel from corrosion. Phosphoric acid trisdecyl ester is also used in biological studies with mitoxantrone, a cytotoxic agent that is used to treat various types of cancers (lymphoma, breast cancer, and leukemia to name a few). |
