Treatment of oat cultivars using 2,6-dichloroisonicotinic acid results in an increased accumulation of avenathramide. 2,6-Dichloroisonicotinic acid is a well known inducer of plant resistance and induces the transcription of ZmNAC100 transcription factor. |
